Cancellation Policy
By scheduling or authorizing window cleaning services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: Pre‑Existing Conditions Windows, glass panes, frames, screens, seals, tracks, and surrounding materials may have pre‑existing conditions including scratches, hard water stains, oxidation, broken seals, loose screens, cracked glass, failed caulking, or installation defects. Cleaning may reveal or worsen these conditions. Release of Liability The Customer agrees that the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any damage occurring during or after service, including but not limited to scratches, seal failure, leaks, screen damage, frame issues, or glass breakage related to pre‑existing weaknesses. No Post‑Service Claims Once service is completed and the Company leaves the property, all responsibility transfers to the Customer. No claims will be accepted for damages discovered after service, whether immediate or delayed. No Guarantee of Results The Company does not guarantee complete removal of hard water stains, paint, debris, oxidation, or discoloration. Some imperfections may be permanent. Customer Responsibility The Customer agrees to secure pets, remove obstacles, and disclose any known window, glass, or screen issues prior to service. By proceeding with service, the Customer confirms acceptance of this waiver and release of liability.
