Cancellation Policy
By scheduling or authorizing solar panel cleaning services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: Pre‑Existing Conditions Solar panels, mounts, wiring, inverters, roofing materials, and seals may have pre‑existing conditions including cracks, micro‑fractures, loose fittings, degraded seals, roof wear, or prior installation defects. Cleaning may reveal or worsen these conditions. Release of Liability The Customer agrees that the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any damage occurring during or after service, including but not limited to panel cracks, seal failure, roof leaks, electrical issues, reduced panel output, or cosmetic changes. No Post‑Service Claims Once service is completed and the Company leaves the property, all responsibility transfers to the Customer. No claims will be accepted for damages discovered after service, whether immediate or delayed. No Guarantee of Performance The Company does not guarantee specific energy output, performance improvements, or stain removal results. Panel efficiency depends on multiple factors beyond cleaning. Customer Responsibility The Customer confirms the solar system is safely installed and accessible, and agrees to disclose any known issues with panels, roof, or electrical components prior to service. By proceeding with service, the Customer confirms acceptance of this waiver and release of liability.
