Cancellation Policy
By scheduling or authorizing gutter cleaning services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: Pre‑Existing Conditions Gutters, downspouts, fascia, soffits, roofing materials, fasteners, and seals may have pre‑existing conditions including rust, corrosion, loose or sagging sections, clogs, improper pitch, roof wear, prior repairs, or installation defects. Cleaning may reveal or worsen these conditions. Release of Liability The Customer agrees that the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any damage occurring during or after service, including but not limited to gutter separation, leaks, overflow, fastener failure, roof damage, or water intrusion related to pre‑existing weaknesses. No Post‑Service Claims Once service is completed and the Company leaves the property, all responsibility transfers to the Customer. No claims will be accepted for damages discovered after service, whether immediate or delayed. No Guarantee of Results The Company does not guarantee complete debris removal, prevention of future clogs, or elimination of drainage issues. Proper gutter function depends on system condition and maintenance. Customer Responsibility The Customer agrees to ensure safe access to gutters and to disclose any known issues with the gutter system, roof, or structure prior to service. By proceeding with service, the Customer confirms acceptance of this waiver and release of liability.
