Cancellation Policy
By scheduling or authorizing fence power washing services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: Pre‑Existing Conditions Fences may contain pre‑existing conditions including rot, warping, splintering, loose boards, rusted hardware, peeling paint or stain, prior repairs, or weakened materials due to age or weather exposure. Power washing may reveal or worsen these conditions. Release of Liability The Customer agrees that the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any damage occurring during or after service, including but not limited to wood splintering, paint or stain removal, rust exposure, board movement, or structural weakness. No Post‑Service Claims Once service is completed and the Company leaves the property, all responsibility transfers to the Customer. No claims will be accepted for damages discovered after service, whether immediate or delayed. No Guarantee of Results The Company does not guarantee complete stain, mildew, algae, or discoloration removal. Some blemishes or wear may be permanent or require repairs or refinishing. Customer Responsibility The Customer agrees to remove personal items near the fence and to disclose any known damage or concerns prior to service. By proceeding with service, the Customer confirms acceptance of this waiver and release of liability.
