Cancellation Policy
By scheduling or authorizing driveway power washing services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: Pre‑Existing Conditions Concrete, asphalt, and paver surfaces may contain pre‑existing damage such as cracks, chips, spalling, pitting, loose material, stains, or prior repairs. Power washing may reveal or worsen these conditions. Release of Liability The Customer agrees that the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any damage occurring during or after service, including but not limited to surface flaking, chipping, cracking, discoloration, or water intrusion. No Post‑Service Claims Once service is completed and the Company leaves the property, all responsibility transfers to the Customer. No claims will be accepted for damages discovered after service, whether immediate or delayed. No Guarantee of Results The Company does not guarantee complete stain removal. Some stains or discoloration may be permanent. Customer Responsibility The Customer agrees to remove vehicles and personal items from the service area and to disclose any known surface issues prior to service. By proceeding with service, the Customer confirms acceptance of this waiver and release of liability.
